Roseville’s mix of dense suburban development and open greenbelts creates unique challenges. When wildlife like ground squirrels adapt to urban environments and start climbing onto residential roofs, standard bug sprays are useless. You need an exterminator capable of aggressive physical exclusion.
As part of our commitment to maintaining the most accurate Roseville pest control guide, we constantly monitor the operational reality of local exterminators. We bypass the marketing spin and extract raw, verified Google Maps data from homeowners across Placer County to see what actually happens during high-stress residential visits.
Our 2026 data audit for Pro Active Pest Control revealed an incredibly responsive team capable of handling complex exterior threats. Their technicians are highly praised for rapid response to dangerous wasp nests and for executing highly technical ground squirrel exclusions on residential roofs. However, to maintain absolute transparency, our audit also uncovered minor complaints regarding inconsistent attention to detail, specifically regarding the thoroughness of spider web removal. Here is the verifiable truth.

The Limitations: Rushed Web Sweeps
To provide absolute transparency, our data audit seeks out and highlights operational flaws. While Pro Active Pest Control is heavily praised for their speed and punctuality, that speed can sometimes result in a lack of meticulous detailing.
We flagged a 3-star review indicating that while the technician arrived promptly, the actual service delivery was rushed. The homeowner specifically noted that the technician (Phillip) failed to properly clear the exterior of spider webs, forcing the homeowner’s husband to follow behind and finish the job himself.
-
“You all were very prompt and helpful. I appreciate your fast response but Phillip was just ok! My husband had to go behind him and finish cleaning up the spider webs. I giving the 3 star due to promptness. I’ve had better web clean up in the past.” — Susie Taylor (3-Star Rating)
